Youtube & Google Video does not merge

Having completed its acquisition of YouTube last November, Google says its goal  " video" in early 2007, namely: Converging technologies for his research, dissemination and sharing of videos, while maintaining the two brands. Thus, the search results on Google Video include links to content hosted by YouTube. It is also possible to search via Google videos from the community site.
 "As we reported previously, YouTube will remain an independent subsidiary of Google and will be administered separately. Google will support YouTube via its research platforms and monetization (...) The co-founders of YouTube, Chad Hurley and Steve Chen, and the rest of the team, continue to innovate to provide people with new ways of fun distribute their own video content  "said Salar Kamangar, VP Product Management, Google's blog in a post dated January 25, 2007.
Meanwhile, Google has tested this week AdSense, advertising tool, suitable for video. The American Internet company works with many suppliers (MTV Networks, Warner Music Group, Sony BMG Music Entertainment, etc..) For video ads  " high quality" and offer enthusiasts online video in the form a playlist.  "And it is only the beginning!  "said Salar Kamangar.
