  2. There is a mistake in the sentence: "the eyes of money ...". This is "the agent" I guess. And if this process is already in use at an airport in the United States in recent months. Only for some doubtful cases if memory serves. Problems relating to privacy are also raised there.

Regarding the camera, I think there will be another controversy when used at several airports around the world, the evidence with Google Street View, for example, at first it was nice and all, once widespread, we hear of a lawsuit and opposition daily, well almost :)
