Web statistics tools [N ° 1]
Various statistical tools exist today, fade out, google analytics, awstats or PhpMyVisites ... webmasters have uses different tools to both better manage their sites.
Several comments were made showing that Xiti is the tool best suited for sites that provide information and much more precise instead of Google Analytics that gives much more information but the only downside is the level of detail.
For this, I asked some webmasters (whom I thank for the opportunity) to give me some statistics extracted from their sites on two tools stats.
GratuitCfree.com : This site is intended in part to webmasters, it offers them the ability to create blogs and community forums etc. ..
The statistics from this site for the month of August we were sent, collected on the Google Analytics tool and statistics of the host of this site are shown below, they show us a clear difference between these two tools, it is visible as that of the host ( serfdom ) greatly exceeds that collected by Google Analytics.
www.zonetronik.com
Another site, Zonetronik.com, a directory that contains electronic hobbyists fixtures and electronics course, we had succeeded his stats, collected on Estates and Google Analytics, for Wednesday, July 18, 2007.
These stats also show a slight decrease on Google Analytics.
Estates:
- VU: 101
Google Analytics:
- VU: 97
Even if it is only a slight difference, in all cases we studied, that of Google Analytics is always lower than other tools.
To be continued soon

[...] To prove it, I attached a print screen below the Google Analytics statistics known for low figures he gives. Click on image to enlarge and see the same pic over [...]
A little feedback:
On my site (delire2star.com) I have recorded over 1500 different IP in my top referrer! And the next day, my number of VU was only 450: S
That's all + +
Thank you for your return Anewa, it somehow confirms the assumption that the Google Analytics stats are not enough reliable than xiti etc. ...
