Instructions to be followed with respect to Google to avoid a downgrade is primarily the "nofollow" attribute that tells search engine bots not to follow the link not to pass pagerank (link popularity of google), the links in thematic rather contradictory (an example of a technology news site posting links to sites of wine), etc. ...

But it remains a good way to monetize their website knowing that a simple text link in the content can reach 100 dollars a month to use in moderation!
