Freenet is considering a merger with Talkline

The group of German telephone and Internet Freenet studying the scenario of a merger with its Danish competitor Talkline, we learn to sources familiar with the matter.

Paschalis Choulidis, CEO of Drillisch, a provider of services in mobile telephony which has a stake in Freenet, said he knew nothing of such a proposed merger.
Eckhard Spà ¶ rr, head of Freenet, has already reported its merger plans pending before the members of its management board, said a source familiar with the matter.
